had an even better time at slate cottage this visit. the hosts were so welcoming and left lovely treats. loved the homely decor and selection of dvds and games. the spacious feel of the small cottage was wonderful.

Some bugs under the carpet.

The bathroom in Slate Cottage was amazing! The one with a bath or shower was so cozy and perfect for a relaxing soak after a long day. I just loved the feeling of being able to unwind and pamper myself in there.

Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the other bathroom with just a shower. But hey, that's just my preference.

Excellent location for day trips in Cornwall. Cozy and charming cottage with ample character. Well-equipped kitchen for cooking. Plenty of books for readers. Warm welcome with tasty treats. DVD player and games for entertainment. Informative brochures and leaflets. Comfortable beds and clean. Spacious feel despite small size. Convenient allocated parking spot.
